Trouble with setting up menu

I am using the advanced menu in one of my current projects.

there are 3 menus on the page..

header menu

product menu

footer menu

I've created it as 1 menu :

1 - header - ~/main

1.1 - about - ~/main/about

1.2 - contact - ~/main/contact

2 - product - ~/

2.1 - intro - ~/product/intro

3 - footer - ~/main

3.1 sitemap - ~/main/sitemap

3.2 disclaimer - ~/main/disclaimer

With this setup I was unable to create the header and footer menu..

It kept showing all the footer & header items as 1 menu..

I found out the problem was the url ( should this be a problem ? )

So I changed the header and footer url's to non-existing pages.. ( I don't want the header & footer items to show up, so that isn't a problem )

This worked.

I then added breadcrumb to the site.. this showed the header & footer items with the non-existing urls..

Is there any way to:

a) have the header & footer items not show up in breadcrumbs (only the children)

or b) have them use the same url

??

After a lot of searching I noticed that the items with the same url's are filtered out through orchard-core..

So not an menu issue..

I fixed this in my theme, by changing the url in that file.
